the manager never returned my calls. This situation was very frustrating because i wanted to discuss a billing issue. i hoped for a quicker resolution. i'm thankful i found a solution eventually.

the breakfast had many gorgeous choices it was a real treat the hotel booked us great restaurants too. the building design is gorgeous with beautiful interior features i loved seeing greg in the evening for some friendly tips.
i was disappointed in the attitude of this hotel the manager did not call us back after saying he would. they were very unreasonable and charged us for the full trip even after we sent our boarding passes and bag tags.
